The combination of process automation and lined reporting has led to significant efficiencies and cost savings for Rapha. They have reduced in-store stock levels by 25% while maintaining high availability of core lines. Additionally, Rapha increased operating cash flow by £350k and expanded into more opportunistic sales channels, such as “Quick Strike” event merchandise. Supplier relationships have also improved, with invoice-to-payment times reduced by 66%.
